China vs. Columbus

A local (Edmonton) blogger, MasterMaq, recently posted a link regarding this stunning discovery: A recently unveiled Chinese map, a reproduction of a 1418 map, may show that the Chinese discovered North and South America, more than 70 years before Columbus. Interesting that this didn't surface before now. I'm not sure this has entriely swayed my belief, or in any event, the belief that my schooling has instilled me with. Although, I'm always ready to accept change. However, some others are not. |
